What is speed dating?
Speed dating is a singles event where you get to have
multiple dates on the same night, each lasting only
a few minutes, to give you an introduction to as many
new singles as possible. Click here

Is 3 minutes enough?
Absolutely! Think of it like this - we're giving you
3 minutes to introduce yourself to someone new. All
you need to decide is whether you'd like to get to know
them better after the event. It only takes 3 minutes
to know if there's any attraction!
What is Communidate™?
Communidate™ holds speed dating events that bring
together up to 50 singles of a similar ethnic, religious,
cultural, or special interest background to help them
find a date, a relationship, or just a new friend. Visit

Why Communidate™?
Unlike conventional speed dating services, Communidating™
gives you the opportunity to speed date, mingle and
meet people of your own community, in a way which
is safe, fun and absolutely unforgettable! At
a Communidate™ event, you already have a lot in
common with other participants, increasing the odds
you'll find that special someone. Sign up for

REGISTRATION
How Do I sign up?
Just visit our Events Page,
find your community's upcoming events, and fill out
our registration form - It's as simple as that! We'll
send out a confirmation email to you, as well as another
reminder a few days before the event.
Can I sign up for more then one event?
Absolutely! The more often you come, the better your
odds of finding a match!
What if I don't meet the age requirements for an event?
We ask that you attend an event if you are up to one
year younger or older than the specified age range.
It just wouldn't be fair to the other attendees who
are expecting to meet someone within that range.
Can I sign up for an event even if I am not a member
of that community?
At Communidate™, we specialize in bringing people
together of a similar ethnic, religious, cultural, or
special interest background. As such, we ask that
you respect our policy and refrain from signing up for
such events if you are not a member of that community.
It just wouldn't be fair to the other attendees
who are expecting to meet someone of a similar background.
My community isn't featured yet. What should I
do?
We're always looking to expand our event offerings.
If you would like to suggest a new community,
feel free to write us through our Contact
Us page. In the meantime, why not sign up for one
of our Single Professionals events? Everyone
is welcome to attend!
What if my event is sold out?
If your chosen event is sold out, check to see if
another event is available; we usually hold several
a month, so finding another one will be no trouble at
all. If one is not available, you'll be prompted
to enter your e-mail to be notified when a spot becomes
available before the event takes place.
What if I have to cancel?
If you can't make it out to the event for any reason,
we must receive notification
at least five (5) business days prior to the event,
and you'll receive a refund (minus a $5 administrative
charge). We regret that we cannot offer any refund
after the deadline noted above.
AT THE EVENT
When are your events held?
Communidate™ events are typically held on weeknights, beginning at
7:30 PM and are approximately 2 hours in duration.
Where are your events held?
Our events are held at various trendy lounges/bars
throughout the city. For more specific location details,
consult our Event Listings
page.
How should I dress for the event?
We advise you to dress the way you would on a date,
or as you would when going to any social gathering.
How many people will I meet at the event?
Each event features up to 50 singles, 25 men and 25
women.
Is Communidating™ Safe?
Absolutely. At Communidate™, we take your
safety very seriously. Since none of our attendees
are allowed to ask for any personal contact information
(like a last name, phone number, address or place of
work) you have nothing to worry about. Sign up for your event now!
What If I don't want someone to contact me?
At Communidate™, you set the standards. Only
your "matches" will be able to contact you after the
event.
Can I ask for a date at the event?
No. To make everyone feel comfortable at our
events, we ask that you simply mark down your selections
on the matchcard, and let us take care of the rest;
besides, you wouldn't want to ruin the surprise the
next day, would you?
How do I get a match?
A match occurs when both you and one of your dates indicate a "yes" response on
your matchcard. In doing so, you have both indicated that you wish to contact
each other after the event, and will receive each other's e-mail address the following day.
How soon will I find out if I have a match?
We guarantee delivery of results within two (2) business
days, but will always strive to offer next-day service;
we don't want to keep you in suspense for too
long!
Can I come alone?
Absolutely! Remember, it's a party! And
on top of that, a party where everyone is there for
the same reason you are! So don't be shy, we promise
you'll have a blast and probably even make a few new
friends.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course! At Communidate™, we want to
bring together as many singles from the same community
as possible. So feel free to tell
your single friends and relatives and sign
up together - make it a fun night out for the gang!

How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Once you choose an event, you may enter your gift
certificate number directly in to our registration page.
After we automatically validate the entered number
against our records, you simply enter some personal
information, and you're all signed up!
